Returns & Shipping Policy

Exchange policy:

We will happily exchange the item you have purchased if ever you are not happy with your purchase or the size is not correct.

This policy applies if you notify us within 48h of receiving your item. Customer will have to bear the return posting fees and an exchange fee of Rs 100 will be applied for any exchanges.

Exchanges can be made for any in stock item of same or higher value.

Exchanges will only be entertained if the items returned to us are unworn and in good conditions.

No exchange for items bought on sale price

Refund policy:

All sales are final. Due to the finality of your purchase, we strongly encourage you to email us at info@thejutticlub.com with any prior questions or concerns.

We thoroughly check every jutti before packing and we ensure that you will not receive any damaged product.

Shipping policy:

Processing time: 2-3 business days
Shipping: within 5 business days

When should you expect your order?
Processing time + Shipping time = within 8 business days

All parcels are posted using registered post and you will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Please use your tracking number to call your local post office in case you didn't receive your parcel within 5 business days after it has left our warehouse.

Please make sure you enter in your correct shipping address. If the package cannot be delivered and is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will need to pay the shipping cost again to resend your package. Please be careful when you enter your shipping address!

It is your responsibility as a buyer to track the package. If you haven't received your package within 10 days, please do let us know so that we can help you. If you fail to report it to us, we won't be able help file a claim with the carrier to find your package.

LOST PACKAGE?

If you have not received your package, please take time and do the following:

1. Verify your address. Make sure the address you put in "shipping address" is actually the place where you want your package shipped. It sounds silly, but some customers really do type in the wrong address!

2. Check your tracking number. It was emailed to you when the package was shipped.

3. Talk to your mail man as well as the post office.

4. Check with your family members or housemates to see if anyone may have grabbed it for you.

5. Check with your neighbor to see if the package was delivered to the wrong address by accident.

6. If all else has failed, please send us an e-mail to info@thejutticlub.com with your order number and full name.

PLEASE NOTE: The Jutti Club is not responsible for refunding your money if you deny the package from your local post office, or if you gave us the wrong shipping address. You are fully responsible for the shipping address provided to us at the time the order was placed.
